Q: Why does my jewelry look different than the one displayed online?
A: Each piece is handmade to order so they may vary slightly to one another, giving them their own uniqueness. We take great pride in making sure that each piece is perfect in its own way, even the smallest of imperfections makes each piece personal, one of a kind.
Gemstones and crystals are made within our lovely Mother Earth, so all are uniquely and divinely create. Some gemstones will have inclusions and or other gemstones properties fused within which can cause some stones color to range slightly. Heather Renae does her best to use only the highest grade quality stones; Stones that compliment each piece and help it to shine and stand out all on its own.
Q: My jewelry has started to tarnish, what can I do?
A: All jewelry should be sealed and stored in a dry place away from moisture. Jewelry has a tendency to tarnish or change in color for many reasons: if the temperature where it is stored has changed significantly, exposed to water, stored with other jewelry, or even if your jewelry hasn’t been worn for some time. Jewelry loves to be worn and as you wear it daily your natural oils help to slow down the tarnishing process.
A chemically treated polishing cloth also works wonders!
Q: My ring/necklace/ cuff broke! Can you repair it?
A: We will repair items purchased within the first 30 days. Heather Renae is not responsible for shipping charges on repair items. Please contact Heather Renae first for repair authorization.
Q: Can I request a design be made in a different metal?
A: Why, yes you can! Send us an email and we can create a piece in a custom metal of your choice: bronze, silver, rose gold and gold. Please know that he price of the jewelry will change in accordance to the metal chosen.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We do. At checkout just select "USPS International" mail. Please email me and I am happy to discuss any other shipping questions you might have.
