We want you to truly love your jewelry, without a doubt!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your items purchased, you my return your order postmarked within 14 days of purchase for an exchange. 

Please return item(s) in original condition (unaltered and unworn) in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including tracking (required) to ensure your returned item arrives safely.

Please notify hello@ heatherrenaedesigns.com for your return to be processed.  Items returned or exchanged without prior notification will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. 

Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mailed your order for your return to be processed.  You will receive an email once your return has been processed.

Heather Renae would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have about the jewelry prior to placing your order.

Heather Renae cannot accept returns on promo sale items or items purchased from another retailer.

If your item was damaged while in transit to you, please contact Heather Renae immediately to arrange for the damaged item(s) to be replaced or repaired.
